What To expect in Sports Massage Appointment?
Your physiotherapist will carry out a quick screening assessment to ensure there is not a more serious issue needing further investigation. Once cleared we will provide top class deep tissue and sports massage, mixed with some stretching/ physiotherapy techniques. If we feel it would be beneficial we can also use some dry needling and percussion assisted treatments.
