Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and non attending (DNA)

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment time. We can reschedule your appointment for another suitable time free of charge. If you cancel after the 24 hour period you will be charged full amount of the booked appointment or any prepaid fees forfeit. If you are covered by insurance you will be charged the rate we charge your provider.

Refunds 

  • We offer full refunds for clients who have prepaid for their appointment and have not breached our cancellation/ DNA policy.

  • We do not offer refunds on the plan of care package but you can save the appointment as credit for future visits.

  • Please email us on resilient.rehab.physio@gmail.com and allow 5 working days for full refund. ​

Resilient Rehab takes no responsibility for any injury caused walking to the clinic through the Europa estate, through the premises or for any damage/theft to vehicles left parked on the estate or any belongings left on the premises.

I visited Dan McGookin for physio and I highly recommend him. I had pulled a tiny muscle in my lower back that left me extremely limited on movement.
