Meet The Team
DANIEL McGOOKIN The clinic is operated and owned by Daniel McGookin. Since he graduated from the prestigious Kings College London University, he has been delivering first class physiotherapy across multiple clinics in Central London and Kent. Prior to this Dan completed a sports science degree at Greenwich University giving him a solid scientific reasoning to his rehabilitation.
RESILIENT REHAB
We are the physiotherapy clinic found in the Crossfit Against the Fire gym in Erith, Kent. Our name is our aim, which is to build a more resilient, robust you. Here at RR we understand that injuries and accidents can happen and how frustrating it can be to stop having to do the things you love.
Resilient Rehab is a unique physiotherapy experience, as we do not only treat the injury present but look at all aspects of your lifestyle (diet, sleep, stress etc) to not only improve you physically but also psychologically. We believe pain and injury occurrences can be greatly reduced by taking a whole person holistic approach.
Further to physiotherapy and rehab we offer a range of treatments including dry needling, sports massage and return to play sessions. We can also offer home visits to those locally who would find it difficult to leave their house to visit the clinic.
Resilient Rehab is signed up with a number of private insurance medical plans if you have access to private health for your treatments. You can read more information on those here.
